This is absurd - there's no way that Kim Jong would be seen dead in an American made car. It's unlikely that they even have any Cadillacs in North Korea at all due to the trade embargo.

Cadillac cars (new model) are exist in China. http://www.cadillac.com.cn/ (Probably built in USA, I guess.) So I think a N.Korean elite can import it into the real North Korea location. (This is filmed in Vancouver, fake NKorea for movie. The shop's interior looks CGI.)
