Mr Bow Tie gets it by miles. Although his coat is somewhat long in the sleeves at least his hat fits, the bloke in the bowler looks too much like a parody to be given any points at all. The bowler should have been lined with a copy of the Daily Mirror, which could have been used later to keep his chips warm.
