Made in Coventry - http://invalidcarriageregister.wordpress.com/13-frank-tippen-sons/ . Production 1955 onwards - petrol Delta ended in 1970, electric version continued until 1976. |

Here's a puzzle - our car XHP 656 seems solid (maybe not the right word for these things, but it'll do in the circs) as an early 59 with the original front. But here's XHP 627 in a 1965 photo![[Image: typeresponsive-gallery-fullscreen.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/10314/23/typeresponsive-gallery-fullscreen.jpg) with the newer front which as far as I can tell was 61+. |
