Pobre 850, no tenia oportunidad en ese fondo lleno de peñascos, el colmo hubiera sido que explotara |

Aaah, exactly this scene was used in the German TV-series for traffic-education "Der 7.Sinn" ( http://www.wdr.de/tv/siebter_sinn/ This pic is also to see in the book of it (issued in 1986). @carchasefanatic: this TV-series is something for you! In nearly every episode (just 3 minutes long) they have shown some crashes, often very spectacular ones. But unfortunately they haven't all episodes (started in 1966) on video or DVD. I've asked for it a time ago - because they have crashed several K 70, too. |

I mean the German one. I just have the book (Link to "cgi.ebay.de") on my knees to look for more scenes of the Spanish version. The crash Seat 124 Sport Coupé on the Seat 600 to see, too and other pics from Spain are a motorbike, crashing under a truck and (without crashes) a Seat 132 Taxi, a big roundabout in Madrid, a scene with a red 1979 Ford Escort and a white Opel Kadett D (crash?), a guy who changes a wheel on a red Seat 600, a n early red Ritmo passing aggressively the lanes and an overloaded yellow Buggy on Seat/Fiat 127-basis (Fissore?) with a plate of Palma de Mallorca. |

The last ones you say aren't from La Segunda Oportunidad, perhaps is from other series |

P.S. The pic at the top of the cover of the book shows a Volvo 144, smashing a K 70 into a Ford Granada. |

That german series seems interesting, do you have any pictures or videos? |

This is the problem. As I know, there is no video- or DVD-edition of it. I've heard it, when I've asked the TV-station (WDR) some years ago about it. They told me, it's too much material to make it. Perhaps some episodes are put on youtube, I don't know. If you want, I can try to organize such a book for you. -- Last edit: 2008-02-06 20:13:38 |

@CCF: unfortunately for you it's in German: http://www.spiegel.de/auto/aktuell/0,1518,532912,00.html It's an interview of one of the most active stuntmen in history. He made the stunts for the "Der 7.Sinn", and he has founded the company "Action Concept" ("Cobra 11", "Der Clown" and so on). As they wrote at page 3 of the picture-stream, this company owns a part of "Autobahn" on private ground, just for making stunts. -- Last edit: 2008-02-09 00:44:11 |
