for tha matter you noticed the main one the nose looks to be too high and doesn't fit anything exactly it could be a MADE FOR MOVIE generic 50s golf cart

You've said that like 3 times. At best, it may have been "restored" using some unoriginal parts, but there's really no reason why the prop department would craft a golf cart specifically for the film. Also, I'll bet there's a fair number of lesser known manufacturers we're unaware of, so don't jump to conclusions just yet. :)

it's a Marketeer like CougarTim posted main has some slight body variations


the main giveaway the front suspension assembly


so this isn't Lektro but Marketeer
