It might be an early TA or TB MG, but the awful custom job makes identification difficult. Wheels look like Austin Seven ... |

Quite possible. If this was in the UK I'd definitely go for a Special - A7 wheels, maybe a Ford 1172cc engine - but in Italy, who knows? |
