you need to put it in tracked vehicle section, it's just a pre ww2 crawler tractor

I tend to say CATERPILLAR

I checked with local products Fowler and David Brown and there models were smaller and had only 1 spacer wheel on top while this has 2


also the front pillar is quite narrow and that excludes International (see front fender, looks too thick)
