electra225 ◊ 2014-02-27 06:28	Ordinary coupé actually lasted till late 1970 and had different rear side windows, C-pillars and window. After that the LS coupé (this style) was eventually simply called coupé but in my view it is much better to name it LS anot to mistake it with the older type, even though it was the only survivor among the coupés.
dsl ◊ 2014-02-27 13:01	@e225: our Kadett B coupe collection has 3 strands: 1] 1966-67 "Kiemencoupe" eg /vehicle_79002-Opel-Kadett-Coupe-1967.html 2] 1988-72 as here, eg /vehicle_398043-Opel-Kadett-Coupe-1968.html 3] and in parallel to [2] 1968-70 LS Coupe with the same fastback saloon cabin as Olympia [A] - eg /vehicle_603128-Opel-Kadett-LS-1968.html . All 3 styles also used for US, but names there were very complicated - see /vehicle_517723-Opel-Kadett-LS-1968.html discussion, especially ingo's last comment .......
