Clement-Talbot Ltd made two cars that this could be, but neither of them was 1479cc. The 1923 to 1925 10/23 had a 1074cc 4 cylinder engine, the 1923 to 1926 12/30 had a 1612cc 6 cylinder engine. My reference book gives no clue as to any other medium sized models, but does say that the cars were sometimes called Clement Talbot, or just Talbot, whereas the French built cars were called Darracq, or Talbot Darracq.

A zoom to 400% appears to show reversed quarter-elliptic front suspension, making this a 1923-25 (Clement) Talbot 10/23. The 12/30 had semi-elliptic front and cantilever rear suspension so not that one.
