This appears to be a Holden Statesman/Caprice designed to mimic a 1981 Rolls Royce. The headlights are obviously taken from a WB Statesman/Caprice, the grille is completely modified, while the rear doors are from a HQ-HZ, as they curve upwards (WB doors are straight and don't curve). The bumpers look like they've been taken from a Rolls (or at least copied from one).

I think it`s a Holden Kingswood, dressed as a Silver Spirit/Spur. Although those look like Rolls-Royce turn indicators, the grille has no hood ornament.

Mine is a Holden hx stretched, front guards, bumper bars & rear 1/4 panels are fibre glass. There was 6 or 7 made by some guy who rolls royce was trying to sue, but the guy passed on so there was nothing they could do. Mine is for sale on gumtree

Woah, who marked this as a Caprice? Totally wrong. Caprice didn't become a stand-alone nameplate until 1990. Before that, it was the Statesman Caprice. However, none of the comments above even confirm that it's that. The best guess is that it's a normal HX (not a long-wheelbase Statesman) stretch.

Now for the proper info ,approx 7 cars and around 3 stretched versions were made ,using the standard HJ HX or HZ KINGSWOOD OR PREMIER models some were 6 and some were V8 , made in the 80s by creative cars in Adelaide . I know 2 stretch versions have been wrecked 1 in Perth and one in Victoria …. The other stretch was auctioned off in Dandenong Vic ,I think in 2022…….
A few early models had virtually an identical grill to the real roller upsetting Rolls Royce (UK) enough to sue them …
Creative cars were allowed to go ahead BUT HAD to alter the grill to make it look less of a rolls and also make no reference or comparisons to Rolls Royce ,,,but production was not as popular and creative cars ceased making the “ Glamour” ( as it was nicknamed)… most were sold as wedding cars as they were a steal at $30,000, compared to nearly 10x the price of a real Roller , , I recently acquired one that was in a car collection and have spent time on it to bring it up to “ Glamour” standard …an interesting car which fools a few on the exterior ,but in no way compares to the real thing on the inside ,,,,still an interesting part of Australian Holden History
