Not a great picture to ID, but looks to me just like a typical Post Office Telephones combination which were fairly common sightings in 70s/80s. Bedford? |

Bedford J3 http://www.britishtelephones.com/vehicles/specialist/049.htm Unusually for a 1970s truck these had petrol engines as the telephone engineers had delicate ears ! Mainly due to being deafened by diesel Morris FG s and FM s ! -- Last edit: 2013-07-15 15:44:49 |
