I assume that they were sold nationwide. There's an interesting sales brochure on eBay (item #170415202163), published by Ford Cologne with the footnote 'The presented vehicles are made by Simca in Poissy'. |

Overriders too big for an Ariane. But is it a genuine Simca Vedette or was this model sold under the Ford brand in Austria (like in Germany, Belgium, Sweden ...)? |

It's Versailles, Ariane don't have front window chrome molding. As already mentioned, bumper guards are bigger here. |
