This is listed as 323i but it can't be one as the only E21 sold in the USA was the 320i - this is not a E21 to me anyway, could it be a 2002? |

I can't get it to work as a 2002, unless it's somehow had a complete E21 nose transplant. But the closer I look at it, the more I start thinking Baur Targa, which does not make sense for US ... |

Maybe a vinyl roof or painted roof? If 2002 was the only US 02 then I vote "2002 'modified with E21 front end' -description. Why not? |
