Mid-Series of 1960 because of slim single side-chrome (earlier models had wider side-chrome and later had two slim sidechrome). Velox not Cresta because it seems that window frames are painted, not stainless steel. So 100% sure a Vauxhall PA of 1960 and to 80% sure a Velox, not a Cresta.
