It has French plates. If footage is 58 Le Mans (as other entries but not in-car; Dunlop bridge also relevant), #17 was French-entered 1958 Ferrari 250 Testa Rosso 58 #0722TR, Alfonso Gomez-Mena/Piero Drogo (retired). Its colour is recorded as yellow with black.

Was Le Mans the only French track with a Dunlop bridge? Did Reims ever have one? It looks road circuit for the telegraph poles and road markings.

My guess is not Le Mans - probably Montlhéry because of the banking and concrete track, but I'm no expert on French circuits.
