Has 2601cc so maybe non-original engine - I don't know these well enough to suggest if 60 or 75 or why some P3 have 2 side windows and others 3.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rover_P3 . The engine is larger than the 75's six-cylinder so may be from a P4 90. Four-lights were Sports Saloons, six-lights simply Saloons.
