In 2004 those wheel covers were always coupled with the black door handles of the SE trim. In 2005, for whatever reason, Dodge axed the SE trim level and that left the SXT & R/T for 2005-2006. The SXT took over the base model/fleet model which adopted these wheel covers from the 2004 SE trim. I pulled this directly from the 2005 brochure found online. The 2004 brochure is hard to find but in 2005 Dodge only lists two trim levels for the sedan. All 2004SE trim sedans have black handles from all that I can find. Link to "www.auto-brochures.com"
