on the right I guess a WHite M3 Halftrack is it usual in big junkyards to have the War vehicles dispalyed ?  |

The Dodge is an M43 Ambulance. Looks like a side window was added. |

This is a scrapyard in the Los Angeles area; I'm sure those vehicles were props in some movie. |
