I assume it would be up to Ford’s European branch to decide whether or not it would sell well in Europe as a whole. They probably already have a vehicle that fills that class of vehicle, so bringing the Flex over would be redundant. I have not checked the current sales numbers for the Flex, but the last I heard it has not met Ford’s hopes in term of sales here in the U.S. Ford did give it a respectable nip/tuck for the 2013 model year, yielding a more stylish nose. It got a slight butt-lift too. Despite being sportier and better handling (for a people mover) it falls behind its main rival, the Buick Enclave, in overall sales. It is available with the 3.5 liter EcoBoost V-6, six-speed SelectShift 6F50/55 manumatic gearbox and automatic "intelligent" all-wheel drive. The all-wheel drive system's torque split is variable from 100:0 to 0:100, or anywhere in-between. Even though the system is front-wheel drive biased normally, it can temporarily become rear-wheel drive if needed. Something the Enclave can't do. |

I find that the Ford looks way better than the Buick (which isn't difficult). On the other hand, I like the Pontiac Aztek. So my opinion does probably not match well the average taste of consumers. -- Last edit: 2012-11-30 16:25:07 |

I liked the "big Mini" style of the 1st gen Flex, but I hate the SUV style of this Enclave  |

This Flex is identical to my 2011 Limited model. Black with a silver top and no sunroof. |
