Plaxton Panorama Elite-bodied (not Supreme IV, compare: Link to "www.google.co.uk") coach of SSS (Spanish Speaking Services). Chassis could be Ford R-1114, but I have no idea which chassis' SSS operated. Leyland Leopard would be a safe bet, though we could leave as unknown until further info is provided.

I'm not that sure it's a Leyland or an AEC as it doesn't have the wheel "embellisher" http://www.flickr.com/photos/33928144@N07/3459340773 .

It c o u l d also be a Bedford Link to "commons.wikimedia.org" or a Bristol http://www.flickr.com/photos/lva45/5081316506/ .

The body is definitely a "Plaxton Panorama Elite III" ...ONLY that model has those two parallel bits of trim at waist height (where the red stripe is) the previous model (Elite II) had a single trim there and the next model was the original Supreme. NOT the Supreme IV as someone has said

Chassis could be any of the suggestions that have already been made, don't rule out the Bristol LHL, or even Daimler Roadliner is possible if the pedestrians were hiding grilles toward the rear.
As for SSS it was Spanish Speaking Services and was (IS) more of a travel agency, probably using lots of operators as opposed to owning their own vehicles
