Not a very good impression of a UK police car though. |

They don't even sell the Sedan version in the UK do they? |

What City of London Police livery really looks like: http://flickrhivemind.net/Tags/cityoflondonpolice/Interesting The battenburg pattern isn't completely far off the mark (although it's fluorescent green rather than yellow now) but the logo is completely wrong and the light bar looks more like what police cars had in the 90s. -- Last edit: 2012-11-10 21:30:35 |

The lightbar is nearer to the style used on German police cars. For the most part, British forces have favoured thinner, more aerodynamic styles since the eighties (or the very narrow centrally mounted lights used on lower level cars). Some forces used similar large lightbars, but they were never common. @ Pokeoddsponge: Indeed, no Focus Saloons here 2009 I think. -- Last edit: 2012-11-10 21:42:53 |

Indeed a German Hella lightbar. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of those used in The A-Team's Frankfurt setting. |

They probably don't know the difference between the City of London police and the Met anyway. ![]() |
