Neptune ◊ 2012-11-10 01:52	The one in the main capture is a pre-facelifted model, with the larger nose and original-style front bumper. Its likely a 1980 model. Has the grille work and headlamp arrangement of a 1983-1984 model. Note that it does not fit properly, but its probably just a quick modification to disguise its true age. I’m sure it’s a stand-in stunt-double, to keep from messing-up the newer one. The newer one is for sure a post-facelifted 1983-1984 with the "streamlined" snout. The older one is conventional four-wheel drive, while the newer one is shift-on-the-move four-wheel drive. -- Last edit: 2012-11-10 01:54:46

blk95ta ◊ 2013-06-16 04:13	the later model one definately resembles hardcastle's truck and hardcastle & mccormick was an SJC produced show. it even looks like the same color other than the graphics. i wonder if they removed them for use on this show. i do also recall seeing a 73-80 vintage truck used for a jump scene on H&M that would definately explain the damage on the truck in the main pic. IIRC that ep was called "hardcastle hardcastle hardcastle & mccormick" and had 2 of milton's aunts solving a murder. hardcastle's truck in 1983 form. /i092060.jpg
