Not sure if "Bobcat" is the model or if it is part of the make name with "Prairie", though

Quote NIC-MAT Industries Ltd of Edmonton, Alberta Canada produced the Prairie Bobcat with various models and designs. We believe these were all built in the 1980’s.

Should we use NIC-MAT as make then?

the make seems to be Prairie Bobcat

NIC-MAT Industries was the make, Prairie Bobcat was the model. Series 2000 is the exact model.

Isn't that what the "make" is? The company that, well, "made" it? NIC-MAT Industries is listed at the bottom of the brochure on the muddox site.
If the make was supposed to be Prairie, then why didn't they use any other models besides Bobcat. All three (or more?) of the Prairie Bobcat models are called Prairie Bobcat, followed by "Model [number]"

make is the brands they are sold with

maker is usually used for military vehicles who don't have brands usually

example Can-Am ATV are made by Bombardier but we list make as Can-Am

if you want to go further, Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge are not listed with Stellantis as maker either
