 Sorry but this looks like a 1991 Legend to me. For one, the Vigor was never available in gold. You can also make out a body-colour segment between the headlight and grille. On the Vigor, the headlight met the grille without anything in between. Admittedly, though, from this angle and distance, the two cars did look very similar.

I will have to say I believe you are right on account that the vigor was never offered in gold. The closest it was offered was Desert Mist Metallic. The legend sadly was offered in Desert Mist Metallic too. I believe this color is the 1991 Golden Glow Pearl: Link to "www.hondareference.com"
