Wind-up windows and fixed quarter-lite probably indicates an up-market conversion of some sort. |

Dated as 63+ SDL for handlebar bumpers, but agree ^ an upgraded conversion. The red sunroof is also unusual - most 60s fabrics were black. seems standard seats and wheel trims, so not a huge upgrade package. |
