For Ikons, we should probably be aiming for wherever they first emerged - India, ZA, Mexico - unless they were a German design franchised out to whatever countries took them (which is perhaps more likely if they spring up in such diverse spots). Bantam logic as ZA is probably because they did not appear anywhere else (true?).
