tore-40 ◊ 2012-07-27 10:11	@ingo: Could this also be a 1974 1200L (called so in Europe) or "SparKäfer" but not with 1.2 liter engine as it has vents in the engine cover? Or are the vindow seals to shiny? Then it's a 1974 1300 (in Europe). They all shared the same elephant size lamps.
Ingo ◊ 2012-07-27 13:17	No, not possible. At first the car above has thicker US-bumpers with plastic applications, but not the even thicker and higher mounted 1974+ US-version. Plus the fact, that "marinablau" (it looks like this) wasn't in the 1974-colour range any more. Any other similar light blue tone neither. The 1968-1973 VW 1200 ( /vehicle.php?id=464545 ) was never exported to America.
