1973+ Chevy C-60. I would guess it's a later one, but I don't know of any way to tell them apart.

The cowl insignia is the key, in this case it's the 1973-78-type. This looks more like a GMC with a bowtie logo.

The Mexican ones came with the GMC grille but Chevrolet bowtie.
