 With this centre badge in the grill, it could be a body by Brøderne Repstad AS, Søgne (1925-90), like this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/36081480@N08/4256434856/ .
What the chassis is is a completely different question; Volvo Svania-Vabis, DAF, Mercedes, Leyland...

 Here's another Repstad bus http://www.rhf.no/images/bevarte/b-16057.jpg (from 1963).
What I'm trying to say is that the badge in the middle of the grill is almost only used by Repstad. The only other possibility, as far as I know, is Torstein Alstad in Eidsvåg http://www.rhf.no/lister/karosseribyggere/torsteinalstad.htm which built 10 bodies in collaboration with Repstad.
