As it's written on this page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/45676495@N05/6073801397/ this is an R8 Gordini with a modified Alpine 1400 cc engine. I believe it is also been repainted, the Gordini versions should have been all blue. |

This car could be a "fake" Gordini maybe a R8S with white stripes and modified engine. Even R8 Gordini were not all blue (from 1968, 4 colors where available in Renault catalogue), the Gordini production ended up in 1970. Therefore this 1971 R8 model is not a Gordini. |
