This is from a limited series of total rebuilds in 2011 of 70s/80s donor cars to a new updated spec - http://www.jensen-sales.com/interceptor-r/ . DVLA details for KEA 29N are: Date of Liability 01 07 2012 Date of First Registration 04 07 1984 Year of Manufacture 1974 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 7212cc CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type PETROL Export Marker N Vehicle Status Licence Not Due Vehicle Colour GREY Vehicle Type Approval Not Available. The plate combination KEA xxxN was never issued in period, so is probably a modern date-related retro issue, with the xEA link to 60s Jensen factory cars.
