Art Deco truck, as fans call this trucks line. Dual rear wheels, so, with a 1941-42 model year, a 1½-ton Heavy Duty truck (see the 1941 brochure -Pdf / 28 Mb). But the wheelbase length is not visible (134½" / 3.42 m or 160" / 4.06 m), so it's impossible to say what chassis code it has.
