By the looks of the way the C-pillar slopes, it looks to have an actual trunk area. It looks like it has the upwards kink in the rear, side window so I'm not 100% but to me it looks like a Charger as well. Ford_Guy wrote It's a Magnum. Since this is footage from The Island, I specifically remember the production stating at the time that when the movie was filmed, the Charger had not yet been released. That is why the police vehicles in that movie were 2005 Chrysler 300's.
