its a 1917 model it was the first firetruck in the norwegian city Skien.

A converted 10-year-old car built by F.W.D. - its possible it was assembled in the UK, from a wartime ex-military truck.

"The fire engine (1917) - Skien’s first fire engine entered service in 1927 – a converted 10-year-old car built by F.W.D. (the Four Wheel Drive Company). Vehicles of this brand were used as fire engines in many parts of Norway.

The vehicle remained in service in Skien until 1958."
