I think it's a Renault Dauphine. |

The old style blinkers, I guess, while only when the name was Dauphine. The wheels also may reveal the correct year, as they are not those from 4 CV, but with the old blinker on the rear side roofpanel. |

In Spain also the early Ondines had the old style indicators. I agree with Vilero taht this is (most probably) an Ondine (Dauphine never had those chromed hings on the engine lid). |
