Yes. IIRC the big Peugeot Breaks - 203, 403, 404, 504 - were always distinguished as Commerciale (two rows of seats, the back ones foldable) or Familiale (three rows, of which only the rears were foldable). Only with the 505 Break could you fold down the second and third rows.
