Whatever make it is (and I don't even want to start guessing), it's a dual-cowl sport phaeton (with a folding cowl and folding secondary windshield for rear seat pasengers). General appearance suggests the period 1930-31. It certainly COULD be a Cadillac of that vintage (check photos on this page, especially close-up views of body sills: car-nection.com/yann/Dbas_txt/Phocad31.htm) but the image is much too fuzzy to be able to recah a definite conclusion. BTW, Cadillac made ONE of these on the "Series 452", V-16 chassis.
Dan VT ◊ 2007-07-10 18:28	I think this is a 1928 Cadillac DC Phaeton. It has no parking lights on the fenders; these weren't added until 1929.
