The first Model 01 in the chosen shot and in 2 of the 5 shots in the comments has a single push out door and looks like a conversion. The other Model 01 in 3 of the 5 shots in the comments has double-plug doors and all windows uncovered.

There seems to be 2 different Eagle Model 01s. The first Model 01 in the chosen shot and in 2 of the 5 shots in the comments has a single push out door and looks like a conversion. The other Model 01 in 3 of the 5 shots in the comments has double-plug doors and all windows uncovered.
