ingo ◊ 2011-05-08 21:11	No, I mean younger. When in the 70ies came the blue plates? Otherwise: still today there are some older cars existing with that plates.
chicomarx ◊ 2011-05-08 21:15	For any pre-1980 car you can apply for a blue plate in Holland. Not sure when they began, but earlier than 1973 I'd say.
