It is a Wadham ambulance conversion on a Morris LD chassis. The Morris LD was replaced by the BMC 350EA in 1968 (called Leyland EA from 1970-84) and the last LDs were marketed in 1968 as BMC 260LD. This ambulance was registerd in 1969, as Wadham probably used chassis from their stock and sold off all the 'old' LDs before turning to newer base vehicles. |
