And you can tell it was registered in Chelmsford (letters 'NO'). It is a Harper Mk.12 Invacar (1960s). These vehicles were given to invalide persons. You could not buy or sell such a car. They all belonged to the National Health Service. -- Last edit: 2006-06-20 15:05:14 |

This is NOT a Harper - It's an Invacar Mk12. Invacar is a totally different company from Harper, same type as: /vehicle_1134588-Invacar-Mk12-1968.html |
