IMO this is a Monterey [73C]. On front fender, at the beginning of the chrome strip, looks it gets the round badge of Montereys. http://www.flickr.com/photos/myoldpostcards/3378262818/in/photostream/ |

I think that Customs had black steering wheels and the Montereys had white ones. I can't really see any medallion... |

It's a Custom. The Monterey would have more chrome trim around the windshield, the doors, and on the rocker panel. |
