This is a East Lancashire Myllennium Vyking DOUBLE DECK bus on a Volvo B7 TL chassis. Like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Lancs_Myllennium_Vyking It's a double deck because of the visible rectangular lamps above the windscreen. If it had been a single deck the area above the windscreen would have been black with the destination sign clearly visable. Compare http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:East_Lancs_Myllennium_DAF.jpg with Link to "www.britishmodelbuses.com" It's a Volvo and not a Dennis because of the wheels. I'm sorry to bother you again, but "Myllennium Vyking" is just the model name. The company was called "East Lancashire Coachbuilders" as seen here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Lancs but usually shortened to "East Lanc". This bus was launched in 2000 and made until they stopped making the B7 TL chassies in September 2006. Thus it can't have been made by the superseding company "Darwen East Lancs" created in 2008.
