I thought it was called F4 even before the commercialization of F6. Thanks for pointing this out. :)

So it would be a Renault 4 Furgoneta, made by FASA-Renault.

Hmm, 1970 Furgonetas had a different rear bumper. This appears to be the french style bumper that was introduced on spanish Furgonetas in 1978. The F6 (first called 'Fourgonnette Longue') was introduced in 1976 in France, in Spain in 1981.
