Most probably name of the model is CPF02 A30V (all CPF02 looks like this on picture, and A20V is for 4000 lbs, A25V for 5000 lbs - Link to "www.machinerytrader.com" ; A30V for 6000 lbs must be quite rare - I found it only in one place - Link to "webcache.googleusercontent.com" )
