Looks like 1978 Chevrolet Nova Custom, not sure  Seems doesn't have a badge at the front that could rule out Nova Concours. I'll have to check on the book to confirm my finding. |

After checking with the Dammann book, I believe it is 1978 Chevrolet Nova Custom. |
