If a 3100, then it is a 3104 model in Chevrolet internal codes. But with what can be seen, I find it hard to see if it's the 116"/2.95 m wheelbase of a ½-ton 3100 model or the 125¼"/3.18 m one of a ¾-ton 3600 pickup.
