Ce n'est pas moi qui ait renseigné la fiche. Je n'en ai d'ailleurs renseigné aucune.

Austin-Healey Sprite MkII or MG Midget.

Sorry grill not clear. Position of badging in black area might identify it.

Bebert said that he did not put the name, he did not put any name for the this series. So I guess that somebody else identified it wrongly as a Triumph without leaving a comment :??:

I actually forgot about the Midget, thanks Sunbar! But didn't the MG have a chrome grille with vertical slats?

Not all of them...see also the Midget badge location.

Not sure about the Sprite badge trying to find similar photograph. (So don't change it just yet please.) ;)

Edit....

Sprite is identical, so it could be either - leave as A-H Sprite I guess?

I think it's a Sprite, but definitely not a Mk2 as this was the same as the Mk1 Midget and had removable side windows and no exterior door handles. I would say that it is a either a Mk3 or a Mk5 Sprite (which was badged as an Austin not Austin Healey (so BMC didn't have to give Mr Healey any money!)). This is an educated guess based on the colour, painted sills, and wheels.

The MG was very popular in the orange colour at the time (a 1970s favourite colour) but the Sprite probably sold equally as well.

1969 brochure with the orange colour and 'straight' rear wheelarches, Midget Mk.III (from 1965 to 1972) also Sprite Mk.IV I guess.

1972 brochure had 'round' rear wheelarches Midget Mk.IV so after the movie car was made.

I think that makes it a 1965 model MG Midget Mk.III or Austin Sprite Mk.IV but probably 1969 (also Mk.III and Mk.IV) because of the colour.

All MG midget from 1961 to 1969 had chromes along the sides, this one has not... it cannot be a 1965 model, and this type of wheels and colour is from post 1970 ... so 1969/70+ MG Midget or Austin Healey

It has those black stripes on the sills, so it is surely a mkIII (as if it is a midget). BTW the RWAs were made since 1971.
