This is a 1969. Lower rear side marker was 1968-1969. Red reflectors below the tail lamps is 1969+. Not sure how the federally mandated side marker indicates that package? Never heard of that before. It does not have the insignia for that package on the fender or cowl. It does have a 1967-1969 Custom Cab script on the B-pillar.
