But very possible. The license plates indicate that this plays in Frankfurt. The city where the american embassy is located. I was there a few month ago to renew my passport and noticed that they all drive american cars. |

No, not all of them  Some weeks ago my brother-in-law bought two cars from the US-embassy in Frankfurt here: https://www.vebeg.de/web/de/start/index.htm - one VW Passat Variant and one Volvo S80, both in European trim. |

Accordin to my contact, the USA embassy in Brazil has a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and i found a Chevrolet Lumina for sale that belonged to the U.S. embassy |
